With cyber-attacks on the rise, and the protection of data of increasing importance, being aware of the risks and knowing how to respond to them is vital. This seminar will provide you with a number of hints and tips to help protect you from cybersecurity attacks or recover should the worst come to the worst.
During the session we will explore:
- How you can prepare your systems in case of an attack, including conducting audits and putting effective back up systems in place
- How to protect your business against an attack
- How to detect an attack so you can deal with it as soon as possible
- How to respond to an attack – what are the key steps you need to take?
- How to recover any documents or files lost or damaged
- Reviewing cyber-attacks after they happen in order to establish what happened and what can be improved to ensure the same thing doesn’t happen again
This event is aimed at owners of small businesses, with no in-house IT support, IT managers & directors of larger businesses and organisations where the IT department does not have in-house cybersecurity expertise.
Attendees will come away with an action list of things to check or do that will help prevent successful cyber attacks on their organisations or how to recover after a cyber attack.
