This workshop invites business leaders from micro and small businesses to explore approaches that can improve their business resilience and competitiveness in fast-changing times. The event features the ‘Leadership for Growth’ programme, which helps business leaders to introduce new approaches and technology applications to improve their personal and company performance. Participants will be able to join scheduled programmes and events for 2019-20. Delegates will also find out how to work with talented students to develop business innovation.
The event is aimed at leaders, founders and managers in micro and small businesses across all sectors. Delegates will be updated on the latest research and approaches for improving resilience, productivity and competitiveness through leadership in small firms, and find out how to access these. They will be able to meet experts and students in the ‘Leadership for Growth’ team and join a newly announced programme aiming to drive productivity in micro-firms.
A new report on ‘Why leadership matters in micro and small firms in the East Midlands?’ will be launched at the event.
