ABOUT ABOUT

The world is noisy and seemingly chaotic. Many businesses have stopped creating five-year plans and are operating in survival mode, just trying to ensure that there is enough revenue in the next few months to keep the wolf from the door.

We’re finally seeing the rise of the robot and the advent of AI. Innovation cycles are shortening, disruptive tech is increasing, markets are changing and ….well you get the picture.

With so many distractions to throw us off course, how do we keep business on an even keel and yet make sure we can cope with the increased pace of change?

In this first of three sessions, we’ll use both directed and collaborative learning to discover what principles and metrics you need to hold on to in order to survive and thrive.

Aimed primarily at engineering based businesses, this event will also appeal to a wider audience of executives within business at the latter stages of start up and beyond.

Attendees will gain an understanding of how their organisation can get its bearings, establish firmer footing and have a greater confidence about the future. They will also be provided with some basic tools to help increase confidence in decision making in this new era.
