This event will discuss Degree Apprenticeships and how to successfully use the Apprenticeship Levy to support professional development opportunities in your organisation. With experience in delivering Degree Apprenticeship programmes to local and national organisations, De Montfort University’s Faculty of Business and Law will lead a panel to discuss the following key elements:
- Choosing the right programme/training provider
- Promoting Degree Apprenticeship opportunities to existing staff and recruiting new staff
- Off-the-job learning and the Development Evidence Log
- Work-based mentors – role and responsibilities
- ESFA funding and guidance
