Andy Reed the Vice Chair of the LLEP Board and a specialist adviser to a number of sports organisations will share an update in relation to the Local Industrial Strategy and what this means for sports organisations.
Andy will also host some discussions with some inspiring sports organisations who have connected with the extensive support network in Leicester and Leicestershire to grow and develop their business.
George Fox, Managing Director of Hedkayse, and recent participant on Dragons Den will talk about developing a disruptive product for the sports marketplace, the challenges of being a start-up, the collaborations and partnerships that are making a difference, and his vision for the future.
Having worked in the US, Asia, and Europe developing products ranging from high-end textiles to the safest cycle helmet in the world, George will share why they've chosen Loughborough in Leicestershire to grow their business.
